Creatine HCL (hydrochloride) is significantly more water-soluble than standard Creatine Monohydrate and is popular among individuals who do not tolerate standard Monohydrate well. The timing of creatine intake is not considered critical, as creatine functions as a depot supplement – it accumulates in muscle tissue over time rather than acting acutely.
