What's Behind the Name?
The name Natural-Fitness24 is no coincidence — it's a statement:
- NATURAL – We stand for steroid-free, natural muscle building. No shortcuts, no banned substances. Just real work, paired with supplements that actually do their job.
- FITNESS – More than bodybuilding. Whether you're a beginner or a competitive athlete, young or old — fitness is for everyone. No clichés, no ego-lifting culture.
- 24 – Around the clock. Fitness isn't a phase you try out. It's a lifestyle — 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
I'm Chris – the Person Behind NF24
My passion for sport has been with me since childhood. As a former Judo Bundesliga competitor, I know firsthand what it means to fuel your body the right way — and what happens when you get it wrong.
I've been self-employed in sports nutrition in Gelsenkirchen-Buer since 2010. What started as a local supplement store has grown, over the years, into its own product brand: Natural-Fitness24. Every product you hold in your hands has been tested, questioned and refined by me personally — not designed on a drawing board, but built from real training experience.

How It All Started
2010: Opened our first physical supplement store in Gelsenkirchen-Buer. No investors, no outside capital — just conviction and personal savings.
2010–2019: Built a loyal customer base across the Ruhr area. Customers became regulars, regulars became something close to friends — and the idea of a real community took shape.
2020: Certified as a vegan nutrition advisor. Launched the NF24 online shop along with our own product line — developed together with our community.
Today: A growing product brand with a physical store in Gelsenkirchen-Buer and nationwide online shipping. The #NF24Army on Instagram and Facebook is with us every step of the way.
Our Motto: Pure Is Always Better
We develop supplements that contain exactly what belongs in them — and nothing that doesn't. No unnecessary fillers, no artificial flavors, no sweeteners. Function over flavor.
Our approach rests on three pillars:
